The river Argens is ideal for canoeing: the current is slight, the vegetation is green and lush and there are many spots to swim along your route. Leave either from Carcès or Correns : different, 1 to 4 hour circuits available.
Explore the lower Verdon Gorges in a pedalo or an electric boat from Lake Quinson, up to Lake Esparron du Verdon.
You can swim in most of the numerous rivers and lakes in this region. Here the water is quite fresh, a real pleasure when the weather gets really hot.
